The Paparrazi Kid, 5 y-o gelding, by Milan (GB) x Banbury Cross (Ire)

Foaled 11th March 2007.

Trained by Willie Mullins at Closutton, Bagenalstown, Co.Carlow.

Purchased at Tattersalls Ireland Derby Sale in June 2010, Ireland's Premier NH Sale.

The sire Milan was a top class middle-distance colt, won UK St.Leger, from a good family-now a dual purpose sire.

Milan has made a very promising start with his early progeny with winners in the past couple of season's including Raya Star, Duke Of Lucca, our very own Grade 2 hurdle winner Lambro, Crash and the promising young Novice hurdlers such as Darlan and Gullinbursti.

The Paparrazi Kid made a very impressive start to his racing career when winning a 2m Bumper at Navan in Dec' 11 by an easy 15 lengths on his racecourse debut under Patrick Mullins.

He then finished a very good second to Rory O'Moore (beaten 1/2 a length) in a 2m Winners Bumper at Naas on 26th Feb' 12 after looking certain to win when hitting the front travelling very well over 1f out, only to be worn down inside the final 75yds.

He has now been roughed off for the summer and the plan is for him to go Novice Hurdling next season.
